Tom is a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. He began at Foley & Lardner LLP as a summer associate and also worked for the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts under Judge William G. Young, where he conducted in-depth statutory and case law analysis. Tom also gained in-house experience at a global health care company supporting the patent group with freedom-to-operate analyses and claim drafting.
