Michael Romano is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice. He helps clients navigate complex disputes with strategic arguments and solutions tailored to their business objectives. Michael’s background as a licensed CPA provides him with a unique perspective on financial and regulatory matters.
Before law school, Michael worked at a big four accounting firm, conducting due diligence examinations related to asset-based lending facilities. During law school, he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Julie S. Sneed of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Michael began at Foley as a summer associate in the Orlando office.
