Larissa Witte is a member of our Business Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group and is based in our Boston office.
Larissa began at Foley as a summer associate within the Litigation Department supporting a variety of client matters. During law school, she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Esther Salas in the District Court of New Jersey and completed a legal internship with the Criminal Division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts. Within the Civil Rights and Human Trafficking Unit of the U.S.A.O., Larissa played a key role in securing a conviction in a federal human trafficking and forced labor trial, including by reviewing relevant evidence, writing a variety of pre-trial motions, and preparing lay and expert witnesses.
Before attending law school, Larissa spent four years working for a nonprofit, focused on strategically advising major Fortune 500 companies on their sustainable business strategies according to leading environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards.
