Johnson & Son, Inc., on the panel, “M&A Checklist for the Non-M&A In-House Lawyer.” The purpose of the presentation was to familiarize lawyers whose backgrounds do not include significant training in mergers and acquisitions with the nature and timing of steps involved in the acquisition of a business and the business and legal issues typically encountered during the deal-making process.
