Special Counsel Andrew S. Baluch spoke on a panel titled, “Battling Trade Secrets and Data Theft in China,” hosted by The US-China Business Council on April 18, 2013. Mr. Baluch’s discussion topic, “Trade Secret Protection in China — Legal Developments and Best Practices,” addressed the implications of recent legal developments and court cases in China related to trade secrets and highlighted current IP protection trends and operational best practices.
