Foley Senior Counsel Thomas (T.J.) Ferrante, a Board Certified health care attorney, will present at the Florida Bar Health Law Section’s Advanced Health Law Topics & Certification Review 2021 on March 10, 2021. His presentation is titled, “Federal and Florida Restrictions on Physicians’ Referrals to Healthcare Entities.”
The presentation will provide a detailed discussion of the Federal Stark Law and Florida’s Patient Self-Referral Act. This course is a valuable training program for new associates and in-house counsel and an excellent refresher for experienced health lawyers who have applied to take the Florida Bar board certification exam.
