In a recent interview with Blue Hill Research’s “Business Tech Roundup,” Foley Partner Jed Gordon discussed the legal and business implications of 3D printing and how the technology will shape our future.
“As the technology expands and becomes faster and cheaper, not only are there more opportunities for companies to use it, but there is a greater threat of commercial counterfeiters to cost effectively use it to jeopardize the intellectual property rights of manufacturers,” Gordon notes.
