Foley Partner and Securities, Commodities and Exchange Regulation Practice Chair George Simon is quoted in an article titled “Wall Street prepares for change in the White House” in the January 20, 2009 issue of Dow Jones Financial News. Simon provides his insight into changes expected within the Securities and Exchange Commission under the leadership of new chairman Mary Schapiro, adding that enforcement will pick up again in part for the commission to regain credibility.
