Foley assessora a Apricus Generation em rodada de financiamento Série A de US$ 100 milhões

A Foley & Lardner LLP representou a Apricus Generation, uma holding em rápido crescimento focada na construção de uma plataforma nacional de desenvolvimento de energia solar e baterias distribuídas e Produtora Independente de Energia (IPP), no fechamento bem-sucedido de sua rodada de financiamento da Série A. A rodada foi liderada pela Blue Marlin Partners e pelo Fundo Current Yield with Participation (CYwP), com compromissos totais excedendo a meta de captação de capital social da Apricus de US$ 100 milhões.

The Apricus platform enables consumers and businesses to participate in the energy transition by providing solar and battery storage developers with management expertise and capital to advance their project pipeline to generation. The Series A funding will be used to accelerate Apricus’ business plan and support the growth of its recent acquisition of a controlling interest in Nexus Renewables, Inc. The capital raised will also fuel additional acquisitions and the buildout of solar and battery energy systems.
