Foley obtém pontuação perfeita no Índice de Igualdade Corporativa 2025 da Campanha de Direitos Humanos
A Foley & Lardner LLP orgulha-se de ter obtido uma pontuação perfeita no Índice de Igualdade Corporativa (CEI) de 2025 da Human Rights Campaign, em reconhecimento do compromisso duradouro da empresa com a promoção de políticas de local de trabalho favoráveis a LGBTQ+.
The Human Rights Campaign’s CEI is the national benchmarking tool on corporate policies, practices, and benefits related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality, developed by America’s largest civil rights organization working to achieve equality for LGBTQ+ people. It assesses companies on detailed criteria that fall under four central pillars:
- Non-discrimination policies across business entities
- Equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families
- Supporting an inclusive culture
- Corporate social responsibility
Foley’s efforts in satisfying all of the CEI’s criteria garnered the firm a perfect score of 100 and the designation as a recipient of the Equality 100 Award: Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion.
