Foley representa a FloWorks na aquisição da Cranford Equipment Company

A Foley & Lardner LLP atuou como consultora jurídica da FloWorks International, distribuidora líder especializada em produtos essenciais para controlo de fluxo e empresa do portfólio da Wynnchurch Capital, na aquisição da Cranford Equipment Co. Inc (CEC).

CEC is a distributor of filtration products serving diverse industrial applications headquartered in Kenner, Louisiana. The acquisition, which expands FloWorks’ presence in industrial filtration, represents the seventh acquisition completed by FloWorks under Wynnchurch’s ownership.

Headquartered in Houston, Texas, FloWorks is a leading specialty distributor of critical flow control products and provider of tailored technical solutions for MRO-focused applications. FloWorks serves customers across chemicals, downstream refining and renewables, high purity and sanitary, and other industrial end markets with product categories across valves and automation, corrosion resistant flow control, rotating equipment, flanges, filters and purifiers, and instrumentation.

The Foley deal team was led by partners Omar Lucia and Gjina Lucaj with support from associates Zachary Ulewicz and Michael Watkins.
