She is a senior associate in Foley & Lardner LLP’s Litigation Department who represents a wide range of clients, including manufacturers and distributors of commercial and consumer products, health care providers, financial institutions, and insurance brokers. She has litigated high-stakes commercial disputes, class actions, unfair competition and false advertising matters, privacy and cybersecurity disputes, and business tort and breach-of-contract matters. She has extensive experience practicing in California state and federal courts, as well as in private arbitration.
