Landis is a retired partner with Foley & Lardner. As a member of the firm’s Antitrust Practice, he represented business clients in several states in all forms of commercial litigation, including litigation arising from claims of antitrust and securities violations and unfair competition, as well as copyright, trademark, service mark, franchising, and trade secret challenges and protection. He was also a member of the Sports Industry Team.
