She is passionate about corporate law and focuses her practice on green energy real estate transactions. Her experience includes real estate financing agreements and green energy deals, as well as being a seasoned financial analyst. Kathryn is based in the Los Angeles office. Kathryn began at Foley as a summer associate and previously worked as a legal intern.
