Sydney Brault is a member of Foley’s Fund Formation and Investment Management Group. Sydney began at Foley as a summer associate where she supported the FFIM group with various client matters. During law school, she served as a member of the Legal Innovation and Technology Clinic at Suffolk University Law School where she wrote code to edit and improve the accessibility of online court forms.

Prior to joining Foley, Sydney worked as a law clerk in the Employment and Commercial Litigation Group at an AmLaw 200 firm in New York.
