Gordon Davenport III is a partner and litigation attorney with Foley & Lardner LLP who has more than three decades of experience representing clients in high stakes complex commercial litigation. His work includes defense of consumer product class actions, business disputes, business torts and other complex commercial cases.
Gordon also has extensive experience in the insurance field, including coverage disputes, class actions, and issues involving D&O and other executive risk coverages. He is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Insurance & Reinsurance Litigation practices.
