Annemarie Ficarra works in our Business Law Practice, where she is part of the Transactions Practice Group. Annemarie’s experience includes working as a legal intern for a leading manufacturing company in Atlanta, Georgia. There she was responsible for researching and drafting memoranda regarding corporate governance, labor and employment issues, and contract disputes. Additionally, Annemarie served as a spring extern for the Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta, where she led meetings with non-profit clients, conducted research for clients and staff, and drafted client documents. Annemarie is also a former Summer Associate.

- Represented Diploma PLC, a global value-add distribution group, a market-leading distributor of specialty fasteners in the U.S. and European aerospace markets.
- Represented Peninsula Capital Partners, a middle market private equity firm, in the sale of Impact XM, a full-service, end-to-end experiential marketing services provider for blue-chip, Fortune 500 clients with a leadership position in the healthcare and technology industries.
- Represented Wynnchurch Capital, a leading middle market private equity firm, in its acquisition of Handgards, a distributor of food service products.
