Alexis M. Jackson

Alexis Jackson advises and represents corporations, financial institutions, accounting firms, and individuals in complex investigations and enforcement actions before the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB). She also has substantial experience handling complex commercial litigation in both federal and state courts.
Alexis conducts internal investigations for companies and board committees, tackling issues such as fraud, employee misconduct, and regulatory violations to help clients manage risk, avoid enforcement actions, and prevent costly litigation.
In addition to her legal practice, Alexis serves as Vice Chair of the Firm’s Black Attorney Affinity Group, where she helps lead firm-wide initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the legal profession.
Before joining Foley, Alexis was a summer associate at the firm and interned with the Honorable Donald L. Graham of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
