Andrew has more than 30 years of experience working with public and closely held businesses.  His experience includes providing advice on the business and tax consequences of the formation, ownership, operation, sale, and reorganization of businesses. He also represents clients in administrative and judicial disputes with the Internal Revenue Service, the Wisconsin Department of Revenue, and other state tax authorities.

Andrew focuses his practice on advising business clients in all aspects of their business. In addition to his experience in tax related matters, Andrew also has substantial experience in advising clients on transactional and succession planning matters. Andrew especially enjoys working for family-owned businesses to help them navigate issues that arise and plan for the future.
