Ms. Garcia Perez has experience working on a variety of complex litigation matters including health care litigation, financial services litigation and fraud and breach of contract disputes. In the area of labor and employment, Ms. Garcia Perez has represented employers in federal and state litigation matters involving a variety of employment issues including wrongful termination, employment discrimination, retaliation, and harassment claims. Ms. Garcia Perez also represents management in traditional labor matters including union grievances and unfair labor practice proceedings before the California Public Employment Relations Board and the National Labor Relations Board. Ms. Garcia Perez also counsels clients on traditional labor matters including union representation issues. In 2008, Ms. Garcia Perez worked as a summer associate at Foley. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a law clerk for California Rural Legal Assistance, Inc.
