Jen Patton, Foley’s New Chief Legal Talent Officer, Featured in The American Lawyer

The American Lawyer profiled new Foley Chief Legal Talent Officer Jen Patton in the article, “Foley & Lardner Names First Chief Legal Talent Officer.” In the article Patton discussed her responsibilities and goals as the Foley’s first CLTO including overseeing attorney recruiting, professional development, diversity and inclusion and alumni outreach. The position is a natural outgrowth of her work at her previous firm where she oversaw global lateral recruitment.
Patton also practiced law for six years in Texas before moving on to administrative roles. “Even as a lawyer, I was always drawn to helping improve the attorney experience,” she said.
