Foley & Lardner LLP advised The Pizza Cupcake, New York City based gourmet pizza snack company, in its pitch on ABC’s Shark Tank which aired on February 12, 2021.
The Pizza Cupcake won Shark Lori over with their pitch, passion and vision, which was on full display during the national airing of the episode. She said, “she knew she was in at first bite!”
The company is led by husband and wife team, Chef Andrea Meggiato and Michelle Jimenez-Meggiato, who plan to continue to grow and scale the company to new heights. Foley handles all corporate and transactional work for the company, including advising on matters related to the Shark Tank investment.
