Overview

Kristin Fanto is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP, based in the firm’s Tampa office, where she is a member of the firm’s Corporate Transactions Practice.

Kristin began with Foley as a summer associate in 2019. Before joining Foley, Kristin was a summer legal associate for a Tampa Business Law firm. In her position, she focused on assisting entrepreneurs with all areas of business law from formation to exit. She also worked as a law clerk in a financial services firm analyzing Regulation Best Interest and aiding in a complete redrafting of client disclosure documents to ensure compliance with new regulations. Kristin was also a research assistant at the University of Florida Levin College of Law where she researched foreign commerce and the Foreign Trade Antitrust Improvements Acts relating to the Sherman Antitrust Act to update a multivolume antitrust law treaty.
