William Lawther has extensive experience representing management in a range of labor and employment matters, including single-plaintiff cases, wage and hour class actions, and labor relations. William represents clients in an array of business disputes, including breach of contract, fraud, and negligence claims. William is an associate in the firm’s Labor & Employment and Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Groups.
Prior to joining Foley, William served as an extern in the Civil Division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California. Before law school, William worked as a litigation paralegal at an international law firm for three years.
