Doug Lightfoot is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP. Doug is based in the Washington D.C. office, where he is a member of the firm’s Transactions Practice Group.
Doug represents companies and private equity funds in complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, distressed M&A transactions, reorganizations, debt and equity financings, and other strategic transactions. In addition, Doug assists clients with a variety of corporate governance matters.
