Battle Lines in a Post-Obergefell World: Transgender and LGBT Issues

Gardere litigation attorney Frederick W. Sultan IV will moderate a panel on transgender and LGBT issues following the Obergefell decision at the Austin Bar Association’s Bench Bar CLE program.
The program begins Thursday, May 11 with an evening reception, and continues throughout the following day. Participants will earn 4.75 hours of CLE.
Sultan helps individuals and businesses throughout Texas and the U.S. with commercial litigation and appeals involving a broad range of business disputes, including employment, contract, business tort and trade secret-related claims. Sultan has previously served as the chair and vice-chair of the Austin LGBT Bar Association..
