Partner Jack Lord was quoted in a September 26, 2013 Law360 article titled “ENDA’s Chances Of Passage Better Than Ever, Lawyers Say.” The article discusses the probability of Congress passing the Employment Non-Discrimination Act. Lord was quoted saying, “That was a huge turning point, when the Supreme Court overturned the Defense of Marriage Act and took a big step toward marriage equality. With Republicans even coming out in favor of marriage equality, coming out in favor of ENDA isn’t implausible. It’s not a hard vote.”
