In the NDI Web Conference Global Climate: Heating Up the Boardroom, panelists will discuss the latest U.S. developments covering regional and state actions on climate change regulations and policy emanating from the EPA and U.S. Congress. They also will cover the SEC’s new guidance for Corporate Climate Disclosure and governance strategies for managing climate-change risk.
This session will feature Foley Of Counsel Steven E. Chester, former director of the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (the highest-ranking environmental regulatory position in the state), and will be moderated by Foley Partner Richard G. Stoll. The panel also will include Katie Pavlovsky, Principal, Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP.
