They also will cover the SEC’s new guidance for Corporate Climate Disclosure and governance strategies for managing climate-change risk.
This session will feature Foley Of Counsel Steven E. Chester, former director of the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (the highest-ranking environmental regulatory position in the state), and will be moderated by Foley Partner Richard G. Stoll. The panel also will include Katie Pavlovsky, Principal, Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP.
