Erica Bade works with innovative companies, helping them navigate the complexities of technology procurement, development, and implementation to support business success. As a summer associate at Foley, Erica assisted clients with the implications of artificial intelligence in software as a service (SaaS) contracts and developed a data breach notification chart to guide client responses to potential security incidents.

While earning her undergraduate degree, Erica served as the director of policy activities for Women in Cybersecurity, leading initiatives focused on inclusion, education, and advocacy in the cybersecurity space. Erica is a member of the firm’s Technology Transactions, Cybersecurity, and Privacy Practice.
