Her practice includes drafting, negotiating, and structuring a broad range of technology and commercial agreements for both vendors and customers, including software licensing agreements, SaaS and cloud computing contracts, technology development and professional services agreements, technology outsourcing and managed services arrangements, strategic partnership arrangements, and contracts involving AI products and services.
Erica advises clients on the IT systems, data security, and data privacy aspects of corporate transactions. Her transactional support spans due diligence assessments, identification of privacy and cybersecurity-related risks, and analysis of technology, privacy, and cybersecurity provisions in transaction documents. She also helps organizations draft, review and update consumer-facing privacy policies and website terms of use, ensuring these documents reflect current legal requirements in a rapidly changing data privacy landscape.
