Davis Quoted on Morris Publishing Group

Socio de Foley Gardner Davis was quoted in an article titled “Morris details plan to avoid bankruptcy” in the September 28, 2009 issue of the Jacksonville Business Journal. Davis discusses Morris Publishing Group’s agreement with its debt holders to keep a restructuring plan out of U.S. Bankruptcy Court, remarking that the agreement puts Morris on a firm financial footing to repay all its debt. He adds that if Morris needs to file bankruptcy because of a few holdout note holders, it is guaranteed success with more than 75 percent of the note holders on board.
