Election Activities

Foley attorneys participate in pro bono election protection work on behalf of voters throughout the United States.  These attorneys engage in poll monitoring, poll working, and voter protection hotline staffing in various local communities.  Foley attorneys dedicate over 2,000 hours in total to these efforts annually in order to make the voting process fair and accessible to all eligible voters, particularly those individuals in disadvantaged areas.

Poll Monitoring and Poll Working

Foley volunteers across the United States assist in local poll monitoring and poll working. Team members have also participated in voter protection hotline staffing, and a total of 2,018 hours were worked by 82 timekeepers across the firm in the 2020 election alone.
