Attorneys Mark Neuberger and Larry Perlman wrote an article, “Hazy Laws on Medical Marijuana May Leave Employers Dazed, Confused,” which appeared in the Miami Herald on October 26, 2014. Neuberger and Perlman suggested employers consider that federal regulations or licensure trump potential state changes and adapt accordingly to remain in compliance.
