Shana Feuling Weber is of counsel with Foley & Lardner LLP. Shana has experience practicing commercial real estate and corporate law in Wisconsin including serving as general counsel for a private commercial real estate company and for a large public real estate investment trust.
Before joining Foley, Shana was general counsel for the U.S. region of Artis REIT, and was responsible for corporate and real estate legal matters for the company. Previously, Shana was a chief legal officer and secretary at Vanta Commercial Properties (T. Wall Properties) in Madison, a real estate development consultant for private development and a commercial broker at a national brokerage firm, as well as a commercial real estate attorney at a business law firm in Madison.
