로이드 디킨슨(Lloyd Dickinson)은 폴리 앤 라드너 LLP(Foley & Lardner LLP)의 은퇴 파트너로서 상장 및 비상장 기업, 제3자 관리 기관, 그리고 계획 신탁 관리인을 대상으로 직원 복리후생 프로그램 및 정책에 관한 자문을 제공했습니다. 그는 다수 고용주 연금 및 건강·복지 계획의 법률 고문으로 활동했으며, 직원 주식 소유 계획(ESOP) 설립을 빈번히 지원했습니다. 로이드는 회사의 직원 복리후생 및 임원 보상, 노동 및 고용 실무 그룹과 자동차 산업 팀의 구성원이었습니다. 또한 세금, 평가 및 신탁 소송 관련 업무 경험도 보유하고 있습니다.

Lloyd has made numerous presentations on the issues and development of employee benefit law to legal and professional organizations, and has taught an employee benefits and executive compensation course as a part-time faculty member in the MBA program at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. He is a past president of the Wisconsin Retirement Plan Professionals Ltd., a professional organization in this field.
