Foley & Lardner LLP served as legal advisor to Testek Solutions, a leading aviation component testing equipment company, in its acquisition by Branford Castle Partners LP.

Based in Wixom, Michigan, Testek is a leading designer and manufacturer of advanced testing solutions for military and commercial aircraft systems and components. Since its inception in 1969, Testek has developed a strong brand reputation within the aerospace sector. Testek products and services are used by many major commercial airlines, the U.S. military, and aerospace and defense OEMs.
