Foley & Lardner LLP vertegenwoordigde 401GO, een volledig in eigendom zijnd 401(k)-beheerplatform, in zijn Serie B-financieringsronde van 33 miljoen dollar onder leiding van Centana Growth Partners. Andere investeerders zijn onder meer Next Frontier Capital, Rally Ventures en Impression Ventures.

The funding will be used to expand 401GO’s partnerships with human capital management providers, financial institutions, and advisors, and expand the company’s personnel, product portfolio, and end-to-end technology.
