Jennifer M. Luther is a senior counsel and litigation attorney with Foley & Lardner LLP, where she is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group. Jennifer has experience litigating a wide spectrum of matters in both state and federal court, including construction defects, liens, premises liability, business disputes, trade secrets, discrimination, and real property disputes.
Prior to joining Foley, Jennifer was an attorney at Madison-based full service law firm, where she was a member of the firm’s litigation, employment, and construction practice groups.

Education
Jennifer earned her law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School (J.D., cum laude, 2010), where she was senior note & comment editor for the Wisconsin International Law Journal and a member of the Moot Court Board. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in political science (B.A., 2007).
Recognition
Jennifer received a Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch recognition for Commercial Litigation (2021 - 2023). She was also selected by her peers for inclusion in the Wisconsin Super Lawyers – Rising Stars® list for her work in Business Litigation (2018 - 2019, 2021).

Jennifer is a member of the Dane County Bar Association. She also served from 2016 - 2020 as a board member for the Legal Association for Women (LAW) and co-chair’s LAW’s annual “I Resolve…” benefit for Domestic Abuse Intervention Services (DAIS).
