Amy Moynihan is directeur juridische werving bij het kantoor en houdt toezicht op en geeft strategische richting aan wervingsinspanningen voor starters en zij-instromers. Daarnaast ondersteunt zij alle programma's op het gebied van oriëntatie, training en ontwikkeling van advocaten. In deze functie werkt zij nauw samen met het management van het kantoor, de nationale wervingscommissie en de afdeling Talent.

Prior to joining Foley, Amy held the position of senior manager for attorney recruiting and development — Central (U.S.) at an international law firm where she worked for 17 years. During her tenure, she oversaw attorney recruiting and development functions, worked closely with the recruiting committee to establish annual recruiting goals and strategies for law student hiring, initiated programs at target law schools to enhance visibility, market the firm, and identify talent early in the recruitment process. Additionally, she collaborated with firm leadership to develop and implement policies and procedures concerning attorney hiring and development.
