Amy Moynihan is the firm’s Director of Legal Recruiting, providing oversight and strategic direction for entry level and lateral recruiting efforts as well as support for all programs involving attorney orientation, training, and development. In this capacity, she collaborates closely with the firm’s leadership, the National Recruiting Committee, and the Talent Department.
Prior to joining Foley, Amy held the position of senior manager for attorney recruiting and development — Central (U.S.) at an international law firm where she worked for 17 years. During her tenure, she oversaw attorney recruiting and development functions, worked closely with the recruiting committee to establish annual recruiting goals and strategies for law student hiring, initiated programs at target law schools to enhance visibility, market the firm, and identify talent early in the recruitment process. Additionally, she collaborated with firm leadership to develop and implement policies and procedures concerning attorney hiring and development.
