Bryan S. Schultz is a partner and corporate lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. Bryan has represented buyers, sellers, investors, target companies and intermediaries in over 100 business combination transactions aggregating over $12.5 billion in total consideration. These transactions have included companies located in the United States, China, India, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany, Ireland, Switzerland, Spain, Mexico, Canada and other countries.

Bryan received his B.S., magna cum laude, from Minnesota State University, Mankato, where he studied corporate finance and economics.
