The recently passed tax reform bill drastically changed Internal Revenue Code Section 162(m), which will result in many publicly traded companies losing their full tax deduction for certain officers’ compensation starting in 2018.

In this webinar, we discuss the changes to Internal Revenue Code Section 162(m) and what you should be doing to position your company to manage these changes. This program applies to individuals involved in executive compensation matters for a publicly traded employer.
