Ed Baxa has significant experience representing owners, general contractors, design professionals, subcontractors, and suppliers in complex commercial litigation with a focus on construction disputes. He is a partner in the firm’s Construction and Litigation Practice Groups where he regularly handles contract drafting and negotiation, bid protests, workouts, claims litigation, and arbitration proceedings. He has significant experience in negotiating the AIA form contracts, and in the preparation/negotiation of Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts for manufacturing facilities.
