Andrew Wronski Named Among Wisconsin's Most Influential Business Leaders
Foley & Lardner LLP partner Andrew Wronski is named to BizTimes Media’s Wisconsin 275, a list recognizing the state’s most influential business leaders across a wide range of industries.
Wronski, featured in an honoree Q&A here, is managing partner of Foley’s Milwaukee office and chair of the firm’s Manufacturing Sector. With more than three decades of experience, Wronski guides clients in complex commercial, contractual, and supply chain disputes, as well as M&A litigation and trade secret matters. He also advises clients in the sports industry and counts extensive trial and arbitration experience. Wronski is committed to his Milwaukee community, and engages in a variety of business, legal, and philanthropic initiatives.
Reflecting on Foley’s success in the last year, Wronski highlighted the firm’s June 2025 opening of its 27th office in Nashville and the firm’s growing revenue.
“The world – business, politics, technology, culture – is constantly changing and more volatile than ever,” Wronski told BizTimes when asked what qualities make a successful business leader. “A successful business leader needs to be decisive, but also nimble, and must be able to connect with today’s workforce and the priorities and values of younger workers.”
Looking ahead, Wronski said law firms are watching and adapting to the rapid technological changes underway, particularly artificial intelligence. “While law will always be, in my opinion, a ‘relationship’ business based on trust, AI will certainly drive more efficient and effective client service delivery models,” he continued. “Some of those will no doubt be gamechangers.”
Wronski also shared with BizTimes a key lesson he learned from a mentor. “Among many things, Jay Rothman (former Chairman and CEO of Foley & Lardner and now president of the Universities of Wisconsin) taught me the importance and true meaning of servant leadership,” he said.
