Foley & Lardner LLP served as legal advisor to Wynnchurch Capital and portfolio company ORS Nasco in the acquisitions of assets associated with AD Industries Inc. and Alliance Distribution Partners LLC.
ORS Nasco is a leading wholesaler of industrial MRO products serving customers across the United States, Canada, and the Middle East with approximately 190,000 SKUs sourced from over 250 OEMs. The additions of AD Member Supply, a wholesaler primarily selling bearings and power transmission products, and Alliance, a wholesaler serving the industrial and welding markets, complement ORS Nasco’s existing platform.
ORS Nasco has completed four acquisitions since joining the Wynnchurch Capital portfolio in August 2024. Foley’s private equity team served as legal advisor to Wynnchurch Capital in its initial acquisition of ORS Nasco and has since advised on its strategic add-on acquisitions.
