Sarah Reinprecht Field is a senior counsel with Foley & Lardner LLP. She is a member of the Transactional & Securities Practice. Sarah has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, venture financings, corporate governance, and commercial contracting matters. In addition to her general corporate and M&A practice, she regularly represents both founders and investors in emerging companies. She has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, venture financings, and complex joint ventures, while also serving as a go-to resource for her operating company clients on matters relating to governance, commercial contracts, and other strategic transactions.

Sarah was a summer associate with Foley and previously interned with the Federal Trade Commission, Bureau of Competition, Health Division, as well as with U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, where she assisted Judge Richard J. Leon and his law clerks regarding civil dispositive motions. She also gained experience working for the Office of U.S. Senator Robert Menendez as a legislative correspondent for Health, Women, Seniors, and Children and as an assistant to the chairman for the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee. In addition, she interned for the Office of U.S. Senator Arlen Specter.
