Tommy has represented clients in contract disputes, antitrust litigation, class actions, and real estate litigation, and often defends clients in securities and derivatives matters, including investigations and enforcement actions by the Securities and Exchange Commission and Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).

He provides regulatory counseling to clients, including assisting futures exchanges and clearing houses with drafting rules and assisting firms with their applications to register in a professional capacity with the CFTC. Tommy also advises CFTC registrants, securities broker-dealers, traders and trading firms, and others on compliance with regulatory requirements under the Commodity Exchange Act and federal securities laws.

Tommy is a member of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group and the Securities Enforcement & Litigation Group.
