Ki Lee Kilgore advises and represents clients in a variety of commercial disputes. With a strong background in litigation, Ki Lee brings a strategic approach to navigating and resolving complex matters for clients. Before joining Foley, Ki Lee served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Elizabeth A. Stafford of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, where she honed her litigation and dispute resolution skills. During law school at Wayne State University, she served as Editor-in-Chief of The Wayne Law Review and earned recognition for her pro bono work and academic excellence. She also gained valuable experience as a student attorney in the Business and Community Law Clinic and as a judicial intern to the Honorable Sean F. Cox of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
