Gardere Partners Edward D. Burbach, Mark Vane and Arthur Val Perkins will be presenting at the upcoming Government Law Seminar on Oct. 14. Hosted by The Seminar Group, the Government Law Seminar will cover topics pertaining to government, litigation and dispute resolution. Mr. Burbach, who is program chair of The Seminar Group, will present on pre-suit investigatory powers of the Texas attorney general, Mr. Vane will provide highlights from the 83rd Legislative Session and Mr. Perkins will speak on local government considerations.
Attorneys and legal staff, state and municipal officials, and other individuals interested in learning more about how their local government operates, are encouraged to attend the seminar. Texas CLE credit will be available for attendees.
